Added Scheme Buffer.

 

Added scheme buffer to server with basic buffs to help players level up. The buffer doesn't have any dance/song or 3rd class buffs(like cov, pow,etc.), as we focus to utilize every profession to the fullest, including buffers, we are trying not to replace real players who play as support classes.To use the 'Scheme Buffer' just create a new scheme, click 'Edit' and add the buff-s you need. Players can make up to four different schemes. Buffs also work on summon or a pet. Buff duration's are increased to 4 hours. Enjoy...
